The rate is per night for two guests per Villa.
Minimum stay 2 nights
Promotion
From April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025
Receive a 5% discount when you stay 5 to 10 nights
Receive a 10% discount when you stay 10 nights or more
Please note that the Villas can accommodate a third guest
at an extra NZ$ 100.00 per night
We accept children over 12 years of age.
The Villas are non smoking
We offer you complimentary round-trip airport transfers
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee
of the total accommodation charge.
Cancellations received 14 days or less prior to arrival or no shows will incur the full cost, 100% of the total accommodation charge.
This applies also for a later date arrival or an earlier date departure.
We trust you understand our strong policy as it is extremely difficult to sell your cancelled dates at a short notice.
We strongly recommend that all guests making a reservation purchase a travel insurance.
